How long is the [creative] Operations Day?

Typically, the [creative] Operations Day is a 3-hour commitment. However, there is a possibility of extending the day, based on the complexity of the work.

What do I need to prepare beforehand?

After committing to the [creative] Operations Day, you will need to complete a survey and some pre-work, where you will share more details about you and your business or project. Completing this "homework" will make sure we are aligned on your expectations and goals and clear on the problem you want to solve, so that we use the time efficiently! Three hours can really fly by!

Where will the session be held?

We’ll connect virtually (via video)! After booking, you will receive a Google calendar invite with a link to a Zoom meeting. Please make sure you are in a quiet place free from distraction and are ready to work!; otherwise, we will need to reschedule.

If I cannot make the [creative] Operations, can I get a refund?

[creative] Operations Days are non-refundable. However, I understand that life happens, and life circumstances may prevent you from making your confirmed time. So if you can’t make it, please let me know within one week of your session and we’ll reschedule. (Note: you only have one opportunity to reschedule, so please make sure the new time is one that you can commit to!).
